This preliminary informational bulletin was created to inform Service Agents or Dealers, they may be charged back for parts and labor due to the turbo\-chargers are being returned to the Warranty Parts center damaged, improperly assembled or missing parts and advising to properly package the complete turbochargers. \(New models and RPOs added\)
