Service bulletin SA-066-17
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
Some vehicles may have DTC C1001:92 stored in memory. DTC C1001:92 sets as a past record for low visibility of the Forward Sensing Camera (FSC). It does not mean there is an actual FSC defect. In some cases the customer may have a concern with the Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS) and/or High Beam Control system (HBC). In other cases this DTC might be found without a related customer concern. NOTE: Instrument Cluster Multi-Information Display Warning Messages vary depending on vehicle year/model. See the Owner's Manual for details.

| 0901416 | 2022-06-06. Service bulletin. White Milky stains on inner surface of headlight lens |
|---|---|
| 09-014-16-3132a | 2021-01-28. Service bulletin. Some vehicles equipped with LED or Discharge type headlights may exhibit white milky stains on the inner sur-face of the headlight lens. Some customers may complain of the poor appearance. This concern is caused by gas that emits from a gasket in the lamp unit. The gas adheres to the inner surface of the headlight lens and reacts with the anti-clouding coating and moisture in the air to create white milky stains. The gasket material has been improved to eliminate this concern. |

| 09-001-17 | 2021-01-25. Service bulletin. Excessive condensation or water within the headlamp assembly caustion. |
| 09-003-19-3555a | 2019-03-20. Service bulletin. Some customers may complain of condensation/fog inside the front (headlamp/headlight) or rear (taillamp/taillight) combination lights. The recent new models have been fitted with a clear lens which can cause the symptom to be more noticeable, however, it does not affect the performance of the light. This condensation/fog is a natural phenomenon that occurs when there is a fairly large temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the light housing. It is normal for very small water drops to appear in certain locations on the light units where the air is stagnant (condensation), making the lens look whitish (fog). This happens mostly in the corners and narrow spaces, and will typically clear during warmer ambient temperatures, or when the lights have been on for some time. |
| 09-041-18-3533 | 2018-12-17. Service bulletin. Some customers may notice water entry into the front combination lights. This is due to poor sealing where rain or other water can enter inside the light. To eliminate this concern, the shape of the front combination light has been changed to improve sealing ability. |

| 15-003-17-3284a | 2017-10-04. Service bulletin. Some customers may notice that the Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS) and High Beam Control (HBC) (amber) warning lights are on when they start driving around dusk or dawn under low temperatures. At that time, the windshield is clear but the lens of the Forward Sensing Camera (FSC) is foggy. The FSC may not function properly under the following conditions: ? Foggy windshield ? Foggy FSC lens ? Heavy rain, dense fog, snow and direct sun light ? No or poor lane markings. When the FSC control system detects the foggy lens of the camera, the system deactivates LDWS and HBC functions. |
| 09-001-17-3296b | 2017-10-04. Service bulletin. When dealing with customer complaints of excessive condensation and/or water within the headlamp unit, first determine if all the bulb sockets (including O-ring), seals and covers are present and correctly installed. In most cases you will find that the Bulb Seal No. 1 (A) or HID Bulb Seal No. 1 (B) and Bulb Seal No. 2 (C) socket covers have not been correctly installed or are missing due to improper prior repairs (i.e., customer replacing the headlamp bulbs or body shop not transferring them when replacing the headlamp unit(s) due to a collision). Any damage caused by missing socket covers, HID module seal (D), or missing bumper brackets (E) is not covered by warranty policy. |
