NHTSA's summary
This is campaign tip regarding an update to closure requests. If a vehicle is out of the specified warranty parameter for an Update, dealers may submit a closure request. Requests must be submitted through Audi Warranty Online under the Campaigns/Update option, using the applicable reason code. The Update will then show closed in Elsa on the following business day, and the VIN will be removed from the next version of the New and CPO Inventory Open Campaign/Action Report.
