INVESTIGATIONS HAVE IDENTIFIED THAT THE LATERAL SPACING BETWEEN THE BRAKE BOOSTER AND ACCELERATOR PEDAL MAY BE THE ROOT CAUSE AND THEREFORE THE RELEVANT REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS HAVE BEEN INCLUDED TO HELP STOP ANY POSSIBLE OCCURRENCE OF THE REPORTED CONCERN.
