Service bulletin 167-T1504-12
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
TT-15-004 When the fuel injectors are being replaced, it's highly recommended that the high pressure fuel injector lines be replaced as well. Due to possible corrosion on the sealing surface of the lines, a fuel leak can develop if the lines are reused. If the injectors are not being replaced, the high pressure fuel lines can be reused if the sealing surface is in good condition.
