NHTSA's summary
Several air brake drag concerns on 16MY-17MY Conventional Trucks with less than 2,000 miles has been reported. The dragging/smoking brake has been identified either during PDI or shortly after being delivered to the customer. Engineering is currently attempting to verify this issue and there will be more information to follow when it becomes available.
