Service bulletin 167-B1606-12
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
The customer may complain of a loss of air pressure after the vehicle has been sitting parked. Some amount of pressure loss is expected and should be considered normal. Roughly 50% of parking brake valves returned through warranty do not exhibit any faults when tested. When testing the valves for leaks, a small (non-audible) amount of air leakage can be expected through the exhaust port of the valve. Please be sure to follow the testing procedure as outlined by section BR02-39 of the Chassis Workshop Manual under Inspection and Repair. If the amount of air leakage is less than the test specification, do not repair or replace the parking brake valve. If the vehicle exhibits a significant loss of air pressure, inspect the rest of the air system for leaks before condemning the parking brake valve.
