Service bulletin 167-B1420-12
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
SB-14-014 Subject vehicles may exhibit a concern where manual regeneration does not complete within one hour of depressing the manual regeneration button. In these cases, there will be no indicators showing why manual regeneration will not complete. Check the burner event log to confirm that there is no history of misfire events after the last recorded completion of manual regeneration. If there is no history of misfires to address, updated BCU software is available to address this concern.
The document
The document is the manufacturer's. This site does not hold it. NHTSA files a document at one of these two addresses; we have not asked NHTSA which.
