This Procedure is to be performed in conjunction with Service Bulletin 445, and provides a procedure to insert plugs in the transmission harness connector open cavities to help prevent water migration into the transmission connector and harness on MY 2013 \- 2017 MCI J4500 coaches. This Service Bulletin must be implemented in conjunction with MCI Service Bulletin 445.
