NHTSA's summary
This Account Team Coverage (ATC) is being issued to address plugging of the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) coolers and EGR Valves. This ATC authorizes certified repair locations to replace the valve stem seals on certain ISL CM2350 engines. The EGR cooler and/or the EGR valve are not covered under this field action, and must be troubleshot and repaired separately.
