Situation: An issue has been identified on a limited number of vehicles within the listed Affected Vehicle Range which may experience Heated Oxygen Sensor \(HO2S\) \- rear early\-life failures due to cracks in the sensing element of the sensor assembly. This results in loss of electrical signal from the sensor.
