Service bulletin 167-R1305-12
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
RCB-001-13 When soot accumulates on the igniter surface, the burner ignition may perform improperly, which may cause the MIL (Malfunction Indicator Lamp) in the instrument cluster of the vehicle to turn ?ON?. To promote improved ignition during high soot conditions, the gap between igniter plugs was reduced. This was achieved through the inspection and/or replacement of the igniter plugs
