Service bulletin 167-T1701-05
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
TT-17-008 When servicing the aftertreatment dosing fuel injector (5th or 7th injector), care must be taken not to damage the fuel injector when removing the electrical connector. The fuel injector is fragile. If excessive force is applied when removing the electrical connector, the fuel injector may break, as shown in the photograph below. It is critical not to apply forceup, down, or side to side as you are pulling the connector off of the injector. Try not to wiggle the connector during removal. The locking tab can be easily disengaged by pressing it with your thumb. It is important to only pull the connector out and away from theinjector or there will be risk of damage. 2015 through 2018 model year Conventional trucks and 2013 through 2018 model year COE (Cab Over Engine) trucks.
