## NHTSA's summary

Due to an error within the recently released engine ECU software, damage to the DPR filter may have occurred. It will be necessary to check for damage to the DPR filter. It is also necessary to reprogram the engine ECU to the previous software version until a permanent fix is available. Certain 11MY\-15MY Conventional Trucks equipped with a J08 engine or 14MY\-15MY COE Trucks equipped with a J05 engine
