## NHTSA's summary

It has come to Carrier's attention that not all dealers have upgraded their version of TRU\-Tech/TRU\-View software. TRU\-Tech / TRU\-View is used to interface with Standard, Advance, and APX controlled refrigeration units. As a result, customer Intelliset and Configuration files for the Carrier Transicold units with the APX Control System may become corrupt. Carrier has removed all potentially corrupt files from TransCentral and request dealers to submit updated files.
