NHTSA's summary
In SER14-025, Carrier announced that pictures were required when submitting a warranty claim for a rear engine main seal. In SER14-025 Rev A, the warranty claim for a rear engine main seal was further amended to require the rear engine and bearing case cover to be replaced as an assembly.
