## NHTSA's summary

Carrier Transicold, in junction with Carlyle Compressor, has determined that an out\-of\-specification condition exists with the 05G compressor which can lead to a failed discharge reed. To remedy the situation in the field, Carrier Transicold is proactively replacing valve plate assemblies for those affected units.
