This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that have the speakers on top of the seats make a buzz noise when playing AM talk radio. Technician will ensure Service Update 13004 has been performed first. If this concern is still present, separate the speaker housing and apply felt tape to the raised section.
