# Service bulletin PIT5443 A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned. - Type: Service bulletin - NHTSA id: 10114608 - Published by NHTSA: 2017\-08\-15 - Manufacturer's number: PIT5443 - Manufacturer's date: 2015\-07\-16 - NHTSA component: EQUIPMENT:ELECTRICAL:RADIO/TAPE DECK/CD ETC. ## NHTSA's summary This Preliminary Information communication advises the technician of a concern where the Onstar® menu is missing from the radio display. Pressing the white Onstar® push to talk button and say hide Onstar® menu will hide the menu and saying unhide menu will make the menu come back again. ## The document - [NHTSA's copy of the document (PDF)](https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2015/MC-10114608-9999.pdf) - [If that address does not open, try this one](https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2015/MC-10114608-0001.pdf) The document is the manufacturer's.
