NHTSA's summary
This Preliminary Information communication advises the technician that some vehicles the haptic seat motors can be felt in the seat. Technician will access both haptic seat motors and rotate the motors flat, and then reinstall them back into the seat cushion. This will help improve the comfort of the seat cushion.
