## NHTSA's summary

This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that may have heated seats inoperative during a remote vehicle start. Check vehicle personalization and make sure Remote Start Auto Heat Seats is selected. Engineering is currently developing a correction for this issue.
