## NHTSA's summary

This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that have a rattle or buzz noise from the rear speakers. Technician will need to use the EL\-50334\-6 Audio System Diagnostic CD to produce audio tones from tracks 11 and 12. Technician will now gain access to the rear self and locate any loose trim and repair. Dealer should communicate to the customer that we apologize for this inconvenience and that General Motors is working on a solution for this concern.
