## NHTSA's summary

This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that power door locks and/or windows may be inoperative. Technician will need to use the Gray Diagnostic Test Probe J\-35616\-2A and test each of the terminals for proper tension at connectors on X500, X501, and X600.
