This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that have passenger window express down feature is inoperative. Technician should be advised that models equipped with either Memory Seats Regular Production Option Code \(AN3\) and/or Power Folding Mirrors Regular Production Option Code \(DL3\) will have the passenger window express down feature. Dealer should advised the customer if the vehicle does not have one of the Regular Production Option Codes AN3 and or DL3, this is a normal operating characteristic.
