# Service bulletin PIP5095B

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

Inspect the routing of the turbo vacuum hoses and, if necessary, reroute the hoses and replace any that are damaged. The hose on some of these vehicles may be routed incorrectly. This could cause the turbo wastegate to remain open, reduce engine power at high throttle openings, and the illumination of a MIL light at the first instance of operation demanding turbo boost.
