## NHTSA's summary

This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that have intermittently the Instrument Panel Cluster is not showing radio or phone data, Audio Off message, and Right Steering Wheel Control inoperative. Technician will need to update the Instrument Panel Cluster, with the latest software using Service Programming System. Some vehicles require the Body Control Module, Heater\-Vent\-Air Conditioning, Radio, and Instrument Panel Cluster to be reprogramed using Service Programming System.
