Service bulletin PIP5185
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that may have rattle noise at 30 to 40 MPH when the engine is switching between V8 and V4. Inspect the drive belt tensioner for a hydraulic fluid leak. Only replace the tensioner if it is found to be leaking.
