EC: We have determined that there may have been some instances where dealerships received the incorrect spray wands for the 712AM paraffin wax based product. Dealers should have been supplied internal spray wands that are 8mm in diameter. In the event that you received a 6mm wand, please STOP use of this wand and contact Quality Compliance so that we may provide the correct equipment.
