Service bulletin 167-T1701-07

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary

Some 2017 model year COE units may illuminate the anti-lock brake system (ABS) light and store diagnostic trouble code C1425 after the aftermarket LED tail lamps are installed. The LED sub-harness with resistor (shown below) must be placed in the circuit to prevent setting the ABS diagnostic trouble code.
