NHTSA's summary

Inflation pressure recommendations are provided to ensure adequate capacity for actual vehicle loads which may exceed theoretical values. A recommendation not to retread casings that were subject to overloading/underinflation or inflation systems with high concentrations of condensates is communicated. A recommendation is also provided to inspect wheel flanges and conduct proper maintenance. Although the document reflects a final edit date of 19 May 2017, the document was published on 6 June 2017.
