This Service Bulletin informs affected customers that MCI has become aware that damage may occur to the RH dash assembly defroster \(diffuser\) vents as a result of passenger contact entering and exiting the coach cabin on MY 2015 \- 2017 MCI J4500 coaches, and that the parts required for the rework will be supplied at no charge to the customer.
