NHTSA's summary
On vehicles affected by this bulletin, a removal of three connectors that were in the original harness and causing associated resistance and voltage drops across them. As a result, Nox sensor faults that have been intermittently logging, a dedicated CAN harness cable is installed to solve this issue.
