This Technical Service Bulletin explains that a new cylinder block and cylinder liner were introduced in production and service. The new cylinder block was designed to be backward compatable for repairs; however, the cylinder liner design is not cross\-compatable between cylinder block designs. This bulletin explains how to address compatibility between the blocks and liners. This is an update to a previously submitted communication.
