NHTSA's summary
It has been determined certain Vector models were manufactured without a split loom covering the fuel lines. Absence of the split loom can lead to chaffing of the fuel lines. The technical instructions cover the proper procedure to install the split loom. This revision of the instructions removes the due date for completing the work.
