Service bulletin SB1279
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
Field Change Program: To check propeller shaft for interference It has been reported that the propeller shaft can interfere with the body structure in off-road circumstances (for example when driving on a vessel for overseas transportation). This can be observed by the presence of scratches, abrasion and/or other signs of interference on the propeller shaft. Customers of the affected vehicles should check the propeller shaft for signs of interference and follow the steps described in this Service Bulletin.
