Service Information: New coolant for vehicles with EPA2016 engine: As from the units listed with EPA2016 engine, Van Hool will factory fill the cooling and heating system with ARTECO Havoline XLC Premix 50/50 coolant for Cummins and Detroit Diesel engines. This OAT \(organic acid technology\) coolant is ethylene glycol based and is a nitrite, nitrate, borate, phosphate, silicate, and amine\-free formulation that provides maximum protection.
