# Service bulletin ELE\_LSC\_Dealer L

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

- Type: Service bulletin
- NHTSA id: 10109396
- Published by NHTSA: 2017\-08\-01
- Manufacturer's number: ELE\_LSC\_Dealer L

## NHTSA's summary

Region Letter: The screws which secure the engine cooling fan motors to the fan shroud could become loose over time and interfere with the operation of the cooling fans. If a fan becomes damaged and inoperative, the engine coolant temperature could increase. The following information is provided to inform you and your staff of the dealer and owner notification phase of the campaign. Additional information may be found in the attached Lexus dealer letter, Q\&A and customer notification letter.
