NHTSA's summary

Some 2011-2016 Fiesta and 2012-2016 Focus vehicles equipped with a DPS6 transmission may exhibit intermittent concerns of loss of transmission engagement while driving, intermittent no start or a loss of power. These symptoms are usually accompanied by an illuminated Check Engine lamp. Additional symptoms may include messages in the message center indicating hill start assist is not available, that parking aid malfunction/service is required or the transmission PRNDL/S gear selector on the instrument cluster may flash. Diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) U0100, U0101, U1013 and/or P0606 will be present or stored in the powertrain control module (PCM) memory. Follow the Service Procedure steps to correct the condition.

SSM 49821	2021-06-01. Service bulletin. Some 2015-2021 Ford and Lincoln vehicles may exhibit an illuminated MIL with diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) P0011, P0012, P0014, P0015, P0016, P0017, P0018, P0019, P0021, P0022, P0024 and/or P0025. This may be due to small debris causing the VCT solenoid to stick. Before attempting any component diagnosis or replacement of the VCT solenoid, refer to Powertrain Control and Emissions Diagnosis (PC/ED) pinpoint test HK11 to cycle the affected VCT solenoid 10 times to attempt to clear the debris. For claiming, use causal part 6M280 and applicable labor operations in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
20B23-S1	2020-09-02. Service bulletin. In some of the affected vehicles, customer may report erratic shifting, missed gear shifting, vibration, and check engine light illumination with one or more of the following codes P0809, P0805, P087A, P087B, P0806, P0900, or P090D, due to the clutch actuator motor failure.
SSM 46900	2018-01-29. Service bulletin. Some vehicles may exhibit a no start condition with an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) and a DTC P161A after PCM replacement. This may be due to the parameter reset procedure not being properly completed. To clear this DTC, use the Ford Integrated Diagnostic System (IDS) service tool or Ford J2534 Diagnostic Software, select - Toolbox - Body - Security - PATS Functions - Parameter Reset. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the procedure. This procedure will transfer the existing Key ID information between the modules without the need of having 2 programmed PATS keys present. There is no need to program keys when the PCM is going to be replaced. Additional information can be found in the Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 419-01. Missing or lost keys are not warrantable.
tsb17-2217	2017-12-14. Service bulletin. Some 2016-2017 Focus RS vehicles built on or before 02-Aug-2017 may exhibit an Unable to Change Drive Mode message in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) and/or an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) with DTC P26FE stored in the powertrain control module (PCM) memory. Reprogram the PCM to the latest calibration using Integrated Diagnostic System (IDS) or Ford J2534 Diagnostic Software (FJDS) release 106.04 or higher. Make sure you are connected to the internet when entering module programming to obtain the latest updates. Calibration files may also be obtained at www.motorcraftservice.com.
SSM 46068	2017-08-01. Service bulletin. Some Focus Vehicles built on or after 21-Jul-2016 thru 15-Sep-2016 equipped with the DPS6 Transmission exhibiting concerns of shift quality may have an incorrectly aligned clutch actuator spring retainer (7515). While performing transmission or clutch repair on vehicles within these date ranges please Refer to Works Shop Manual (WSM) 307-01A Removal and Installation, Clutch Actuator for proper installation and alignment of these Spring Retainers.
SSM 46421	2017-05-15. Service bulletin. 2013-2017 FOCUS S MODEL VEHICLES DO NOT HAVE AN OUTSIDE AMBIENT TEMPERATURE DISPLAYED IN THE IPC AND THIS FEATURE CANNOT BE ADDED. THE SENSOR IS IN THE RIGHT HAND OUTSIDE MIRROR AND IS USED BY THE POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM) FOR CALCULATIONS.
