Service bulletin Honda H14045 ERP
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
Post Card - In some vehicles, continued exposure to high levels of absolute humidity may cause the front driver airbag in ator to rupture (break apart) if the vehicle is involved in a crash where the airbag deploys. If this occurs, metal fragments from the inflator could pass through the airbag cushion material and possibly hit you or others in the vehicle. Past ruptures like this have killed and injured vehicle drivers.
