Video message - Video message - Takata airbag recall update. Field staff conducting outreach activity, will all be hired by end of February. Their focus will be alpha vehicles. New training module available on iN specific for alpha VINs. In December, DMV registration data made available to dealers. AHM is requesting dealers to assist in outreach. If customer declines a dealer visit and refuses a tow, dealer can replace the inflator remotely. Next mailing schedule set for February 20 - March 10, 4.7 million letters will be mailed.
