Service bulletin A16040F
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
SERVICE NEWS ARTICLE - THE CLIPS HOLDING THE ACCESSORY TRUNK SPOILER IN PLACE ARE VERY SENSITIVE TO MATERIAL THICKNESS AROUND THE EDGES OF THE TRUNK LID HOLES. IF THERE ARE ANY BURRS IN THE HOLES, THE CLIPS WON’T SEAT PROPERLY AND YOU’LL WIND UP WITH GAPS OR A LOOSE FIT BETWEEN THE SPOILER AND THE TRUNK LID. POORLY SEATED CLIPS CAN ALSO CAUSE WATER LEAKS INTO THE TRUNK COMPARTMENT, LEADING TO COMEBACKS.
