THE PCM SOFTWARE THAT MANAGES THE ONBOARD DIAGNOSTICS (OBD) SYSTEM CATALYST MONITOR IS NOT PERFORMING TO SPECIFICATION. WHAT WILL HONDA DO? HONDA WILL UPDATE THE SOFTWARE IN THE PCM FREE OF CHARGE."
