TO FULLY UNDERSTAND THE CAUSE OF THIS CONDITION, AHM WOULD LIKE TO COLLECT SPECIFIC PARTS FROM THE VEHICLE IN A SPECIFIC CONDITION PRIOR TO YOU ATTEMPTING A REPAIR OF ANY KIND."
