THIS WOULD CAUSE THE VEHICLE TO BE NONCOMPLIANT WITH TITLE 49 OF THE CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS, SECTION 571.110, “TIRE SELECTION AND RIMS…” AND VARIOUS EMISSIONS REGULATIONS."
