"DEALER MESSAGE \- TODAY, SEPTEMBER 4, 2015, AMERICAN HONDA IS ANNOUNCING A PRODUCT UPDATE FOR 6,786 ACCORD FHEV VEHICLES TO UPDATE THE HIGH PRESSURE BATTERY CELL MONITORING SYSTEM \(CVS\). BASIC PROBLEM THE CVS SOFTWARE MAY NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY TOUGH AGAINST ELECTRICAL NOISE FROM THE INVERTER AND MOTOR CIRCUITS. THIS MAY CAUSE THE VEHICLE TO DEFAULT TO A FAIL\-SAFE EV\-ONLY MODE, REDUCING POWER OUTPUT."
