SPECIFICALLY, EMPHASIZE THE IMPORTANCE IN PROPERLY COMPLETING STEP 9 AS FOLLOWS, “DRILL A ½ INCH HOLE ON THE OUTSIDE LENS OF THE ORIGINAL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLIES SO THEY CANNOT BE REUSED”.
