ATS-150801 V32021-05-14. Service bulletin. Does the front seat-back creak or squeak when you move around in the seat or get in or out of the vehicle? What’s likely causing it is the seat-back fabric rubbing against the foam pad underneath. This noise only happens when the seat gets hot (the seat temperature is over 104° F). We’re aware of this concern and we’re currently working on a solution, so, at this time, there’s no product improvement available. Until there is, don’t try replacing the seat frame or the seat-back pad. You won’t get rid of this noise and you just might wind up with a come-back. Be sure to pass this info along to the service advisor so he or she can inform your customer of the situation.

A18070B2018-08-06. Service bulletin. Servicenews article - If the On Demand Multi-Use Display? (ODMD) isn't responding to touch or is freezing up, the reason could be there's debris lodged in the gap between the touch screen and the bezel. And since that gap widens and narrows with cabin temperature, this issue can be intermittent, especially in cold weather.
