SITUATION: THE PASSIVE UNLOCK/LOCK FUNCTION IS INOPERATIVE AND THE ENGINE DOES NOT START. WHEN THIS OCCURS, THE USE OF THE EMERGENCY KEY BLADE IS NECESSARY TO UNLOCK THE VEHICLE AND THE EMERGENCY START PROCESS MUST BE FOLLOWED FOR THE ENGINE TO START.
