ISSUE: A CUSTOMER MAY REPORT A CONCERN THAT THE 3RD ROW SEAT DOES NOT FULLY RETURN TO THE UPRIGHT POSITION WHEN REQUESTED. ON THE BUTTON THE SEAT MAY STOP IN THE MID POSITION. ANY SUBSEQUENT BUTTON PRESSES WILL NOT OPERATE THE SEAT.
