"SITUATION: A '2 WHEEL DRIVE ONLY FAULT - TRACTION REDUCED' MESSAGE MAY BE DISPLAYED ON THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER. UPON FURTHER INVESTIGATION, A TECHNICIAN MAY FIND DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) P0961-62 STORED IN THE FAULT MEMORY. CAUSE: THIS MAY BE CAUSED BY INSUFFICIENT SPRING LOAD FOR MOTOR BRUSHES IN THE ACTIVE ON-DEMAND COUPLING OIL PUMP."
